Toyopearl Phenyl-600M is a new hydrophobic interaction resin for process scale chromatography. It has high recovery and improved dynamic binding capacity for the intermediate and downstream purification of monoclonal antibodies. It exhibits a typical dynamic binding capacity of approximately 40mg-mAb/mL-resin with recoveries of 90% or greater.

Toyopearl Phenyl-600M is the third HIC product in Tosoh Bioscience’s line of resins for mAb purification. This includes Toyopearl PPG-600M and Toyopearl Butyl-600M.
